Introduction of FE-2100MQ permanent magnet quality measuring instrument


The measurement principle of the FE-2100MQ permanent magnetic quality measuring instrument is to test the magnetic flux of the magnet by using a one-dimensional Helmhertz coil, multiplied by the constant corresponding to the coil, the magnetic moment of the permanent magnet can be transferred to each other as the inherent parameters of the permanent magnetic material.

Measuring host FE-2100MQ
This is the main component, which consists of a sophisticated single-chip control system, a low-drift fluxmeter and a high-resolution color screen. The user can directly obtain the measurement result by operating the measurement host. Its front panel is shown in the figure below.

one-dimensional Helmholtz coil
The coil design is professionally designed and calibrated as a test measuring tool. The uniform area determined is in the range of the round table. The tested coil constant K, DC coil resistance R, etc. are marked on the label. The user needs to write relevant parameters into the FE-2100MQ host when using it.

This can be selected by the customer himself, and the test software can be installed on the computer and registered before use. The matching CD has upper computer software, but you need to contact Yongyi Company to issue the registration code when using it. Since the measurement host can operate the entire measurement process and display the measurement results, the computer's role is to count the measurement results, save data and print functions.
