The successful development of the DC magnetic performance test method for closed-circuit samples of metal soft magnetic materials of Hunan Yongyi Technology Co., Ltd., first of all, thanks to Qu Qingchang, a senior engineer of the China Institute of Metrology, who combined microcomputer program-controlled technology with magnetic measurement technology and proposed the initial realization method, which opened the history of modern magnetic measurement automation test equipment in China.

Case 1:
1J79 winding ring, with a thickness of 0.09mm, can adopt the function waveform of controlling H(t) to meet the test curve of twice scanning method with equal B change (the coercivity deviation of scanning rate 0.8A/m/s compared with rate 0.1A/m/s will also reach 5%, indicating that eddy current damping effect exists), extrapolated to R = 0 to obtain DC loop, and compared with the test results of the new impact method, the obtained return line is very close.

Case 2:
1J76 solid circular cross-section ring, with a cross-section diameter of 3.5mm, can adopt the function waveform of controlling H(t) to meet the test curve of twice scanning method with equal B change (the coercivity deviation of scanning rate 0.8A/m/s compared with rate 0.1A/m/s will also reach 10%, indicating that eddy current damping influence exists), extrapolating to R = 0 to obtain DC loop, and compared with the test results of the new impact method, the obtained return line is very close.

At the same time, he guided us to complete the fourth generation (2010 s) of soft magnetic material DC magnetic performance measurement equipment and obtained invention patents; special thanks to Professor Chen Duxing of Barcelona Autonomous University, who has successively guided us to complete the solenoid demagnetization correction method of ferromagnetic open-circuit round bar and the test and correction research of Class B magnetic conductivity meter on the DC magnetic performance test of soft magnetic materials since 2016, and obtained the invention patent number (ZL 2018101696424.2). This extrapolation of scanning method and improvement of new impact method for DC magnetic performance measurement of metal soft magnetic materials are also brand-new, and once again declared the Chinese invention patent (patent number: ZL 201610212992.3). The guidance of the two teachers enables us to improve the level of relevant test equipment while constantly mastering the theory of magnetic measurement.
