1. Detect the magnetic declination of each product and classify OK and NG (which can be subdivided);
2. All parts involved in product change are quickly positioned, and all change time is about 10min;

Magnetic declination automation measurement solution action process:
The first step is to manually load the magnetic ring into the feeding mechanism
In the second step, the servo module sucks the magnetic ring and the gasket from the feeding mechanism and then puts them into the streamline positioning carrier and the collection box respectively.
In the third step, the flow line sends the magnetic ring to the magnetic declination detection mechanism through the carrier.
In the fourth step, after the detection is completed, the servo module loads the product into the receiving mechanism.
Note: All the above structures are made of non-iron materials in contact with the magnet or close to the detection coil, so as to ensure that the use and detection will not be affected. When the number of material clamps in the material receiving mechanism reaches the maximum value, the machine will give an alarm to inform manual material collection.
