FE-210B Fluxmeter是Hunan Yongyi Technology Co., Ltd.Development and production of professional magnetic measuring instruments. Based on the simple and practical design concept, we are committed to designing magnetic measurement products with convenient operation and practical functions for users.

FE-210B FLUXMETER high precision
magnetic flux meteris designed and produced using low-drift electronic integrating devices
magnetic measuring instrument. Complete test response, no loss of data during the test, high test accuracy, and small drift are the main features of this instrument. In the process of using the pull method to test the magnetic flux of the sample, the fast pull and slow pull data can be consistent, repeated measurement and recovery test, especially excellent characteristics.
1. Range selection
Before the test, according to the size of the tested magnet, press the function key below the corresponding number to select the corresponding range gear. The optional gears are 2mwb, 20mwb, 200mwb and 2000mwb.
2. Adjusting drift
Before testing, connect the test coil or test fixture lead to
magnetic flux meterThe red and black terminals on the rear panel are connected. Under normal circumstances, regardless of positive and negative, only the magnetic flux is measured (the positive and negative integral of the instrument can be guaranteed).
Press the "POWER" power switch, the switch has a red light indication, and the meter has a digital display. In general, the drift adjustment is carried out after preheating for 15 minutes.
The adjustment process is as follows: press the "RESET" key to observe the digital drift. If the drift is in the positive digital direction, adjust the ADJ knob on the panel and rotate it counterclockwise; if the drift is in the negative digital direction, adjust the ADJ knob on the panel and rotate it clockwise; press the "RESET" key repeatedly to adjust the ADJ knob until the digital on the meter basically has no drift, specific adjustment to drift per minute for 1uWb can be tested.
3. Tilafa test:
1) Connect the sample test coil to the test host, and place the sample to be tested in the middle of the test coil;
2) Connect the power cord at the back of the host, press the Power key to turn on the power of the host;
3) Select the range selection button on the rear panel of the host to select the test range, and adjust the drift of the host according to the drift adjustment step
4) Press the "RESET" key to clear, remove the sample from the platform, and the test data will be kept on the display window of the flux meter, and the user can read it directly.
4,
Helmholtz coilTest:
1) Connect the Helmholtz coil and the test host with a connecting wire, and place the sample in the sample table of the Helmholtz coil
2) Connect the power cord at the back of the host, press the Power key to turn on the power of the host;
3) Select the range selection button on the rear panel of the host to select the test range, and adjust the drift of the host according to the drift adjustment step
4) Press the "RESET" key to clear, remove the sample from the platform, and the test data will remain on the display window of the flux meter
5) According to the constant K of the coil, the magnetic moment M of the material is obtained by the formula M = KΦ
Note: Generally, the resistance of Helmholtz coil is relatively large, and the test needs to select 20mWb gear to adjust stably. At this time, the coil resistance participates in the integrating circuit, and the measured magnetic flux Φ1 is lower than the actual value Φ. The actual value Φ =(R coil resistance 10K)* Φ1 /10K (calculated according to 20mWb gear). If other test methods are used, the relevant coil internal resistance also needs to be considered.
Test notes:
1) If the magnetic flux induction of the test sample is small, the magnetic steel can be placed in the center of the test bench to reset, and then the sample is flipped on the surface of the bench body, and the test result is twice the magnetic flux.
2) If the test sample is large and the test data exceeds the range, the test header will display "-1". In this case, a larger range gear should be selected for re-measurement.
