Driven by the existing economy and technology, Hunan Yongyi Technology Co., Ltd. has developed the fourth representative magnetic measurement product-FE-2100RD space magnetic field distribution measuring instrument. This equipment can test the spatial magnetic field distribution, and provide XY coordinates, P polar coordinates, 3D magnetic field distribution and relative fundamental harmonic analysis and other testing methods. It meets the quality inspection of permanent magnet, permanent magnet motor stator or rotor, DC magnetic field coil, electromagnet and other quality inspection for magnetic products in the current domestic and foreign markets.
This equipment can be equipped with a variety of test tooling (such as three-dimensional test probe, rotating platform or load platform). The high concentricity design and the high precision level of probe return are the guarantee of the quality of the equipment.    FE-2100RD space magnetic field distribution measuring instrumentIt is mainly composed of industrial control computer (measurement software), motion control system and data acquisition system. First, the industrial control computer sends test commands to control the motion control system to complete the set motion trajectory, and at the same time synchronously controls the work of the data acquisition system. The data acquisition system collects data in X, Y and Z directions through Hall sensors, then transmits the data to the industrial control computer for data processing, and finally obtains the three-dimensional magnetic field distribution map.
