1.4 enter test conditions. Hi is the starting point of the test and the minimum test step, generally taking the 1‰ of Hs. Hj is the inflection point of the test take point trend, generally ten times the size of the Hi value. Hs is the test condition and the maximum magnetic field strength during the test, and the maximum is 32000A/m. dB is the step size of B, generally 3% of Bs.
1.5 fix the sample on the J coil and put it into the solenoid, observe the reading trend of the magnetic flux meter on the software interface, then rotate the multi-turn potentiometer on the front panel of the power supply cabinet to make the reading of the meter slowly stable, and then press the reset button on the front panel to make the reading of the meter zero. Repeat this step if the reading in the header changes more quickly.
1.6 Click DC Measuring Device for FE-2100SD Soft Magnetic Materials "Testing" of the software, the system begins to demagnetize the sample. After demagnetization, the software will automatically start the test until the test is completed. During the test, abnormal states such as excessive test current may occur, and the test power supply will also give an alarm accordingly. At this time, we can operate as follows: first press the "ESC/Exit" key of the keyboard or click "Cancel" at the bottom right of the software, the software will interrupt the test, and then press the "Alarm" button of the power supply chassis to interrupt the alarm. Re-check whether it is caused by errors in parameters and conditions, or by short circuit of the test coil, and re-adjust and re-test.
1.7 the reasonableness of the observation data results, main observation curves and parameter results, and if necessary, adjust the test conditions to retest. Save data for later data processing or archiving.
1.8 remove the sample, clean the site, and wait for the next batch of samples to be tested.
1.9 After ensuring that the solenoid and J coil have been removed, turn off the power of the power supply chassis, then turn off the test software, turn off the computer, and clean the site.
