1. The test data attached to the calibration standard chip is only used as a reference basis for the normal daily use of the instrument, and cannot be used as the standard value of the sample.
2. For the test of large-area silicon steel plates, it is recommended to use multi-point test and take the average value; the same is true for the same batch of materials.
3. When there are factors such as rust spots, stains, creases and unevenness on the surface of the tested sample, it will cause a large deviation of the test data.
4. For stamping pieces with complex shapes, the test data should be compared under the same setting conditions and at the same position.
5. When the effective contact area of the stamping piece is less than the sampling area of the probe and cannot be tested, the thickness setting can be corrected by the following formula: sampling area/effective area * sample thickness = thickness correction value
6. When the instrument is used, it should be away from magnetic field interference.
7. The tested sample piece should be placed on a flat table for testing to ensure effective contact between the probe and the sample piece and reduce the measurement error caused by poor contact.
The tested sample cannot be placed on a metal object, so as not to affect the test results.
1. When starting up

2. The test cannot be locked. The phenomenon is that the test value has been 0 for a long time. You can refresh the test by pressing the "Reset" key for measurement. If the normal test still cannot be carried out, you can shut down and restart the machine. Can not work properly, please contact the manufacturer.
3. Pay attention to whether the frequency switch on the front panel is the same as the setting you need to avoid misjudgment.
4. The non-standard magnetism meter does not meet the requirements of the design standard for testing single-chip silicon steel, and can only be used as a reference for testing specific total loss. The randomly attached non-standard magnetism meter is corrected under the condition of testing non-oriented silicon steel material P1.5, which can be used to judge the quality of stator core single-chip materials of different materials, and is used to test single-chip standard samples, which is close to the real value of material loss. Since the non-standard magnetoconductivity meter does not really sample and test the magnetic induction Bm of the material, it does not provide the function of testing the magnetic induction. In principle, the wider the sample, the more accurate the tested mass is than the total loss.
