Research on the basic hysteresis loop measurement method and measuring device of metal functional materials and soft magnetic materials


The concept of the basic hysteresis loop of soft magnetic materials is proposed with reference to the definition of the basic magnetization curve, and through the study of the test method and supporting test hardware, that is, through the optimization of the software control method, the microcomputer obtains the adaptive impact (excitation) waveform function, and makes self-comparison and judgment of the sampled data, and finally obtains the basic hysteresis loop representing the uniqueness of the material's DC magnetic properties. This method is suitable for the magnetic measurement of soft magnetic materials with low coercivity (less than 100A/m), and plays a certain role in promoting the development of static magnetic performance testing technology of soft magnetic materials and promoting the improvement of standards.
