Comparison and Suggestion of Measurement Methods for Magnetic Properties of Permanent Magnet Materials

The magnetic properties of permanent magnetic materials are measured by a variety of methods: closed-circuit measurement, open-circuit measurement under pulsed magnetic field conditions, direct measurement of the overall magnetic tile, non-destructive measurement of pole-face embedded coils, and measurement of magnetic properties of rare-earth permanent magnetic materials using Helmholtz coils.

Summary: permanent magnetic materialWidely used in various fields, permanent magnetic materialThe detection of magnetic properties is an important topic in the development and application of materials. Depending on the type of material, magnetic properties, magnet shape, etc., the magnetic properties of permanent magnet materials have a variety of test methods: closed-circuit measurement, open-circuit measurement under pulsed magnetic field conditions, direct measurement of the overall magnetic tile, non-destructive measurement of pole surface embedded coils, and the use of Helmholtz coils for rare earth Measurement of magnetic properties of permanent magnet materialsThe five measurement methods are comprehensively compared and analyzed, and some expansion methods and improvement suggestions are put forward for the existing detection methods from the perspective of practice.
