FE-2100H permanent magnet material magnetic measuring instrument is suitable for measuring the remanence Br, coercive force Hcb, internal magnetism of various ferrites, alnico, neodymium iron boron and samarium cobalt and other permanent magnetic materials. Magnetic performance parameters such as coercive force Hcj and maximum magnetic energy product BHmax, and display B&JH hysteresis loop and demagnetization curve.
FE-2100H permanent magnet material magnetic measuring instrument according to the national standard GBT 3217-2013 test method, using microcomputer control and A/D, D/A technology, automatically set the test magnetic field and flux range, automatically correct the integral zero drift and Hall The probe is non-linear. It can be equipped with a variety of fixed B/J coils according to the user's test needs, and can also be measured in different methods such as flat poles, shrink poles, heating poles, and tile poles according to test needs. No manual operation is required during the equipment measurement process, which is simple and quick. The software can directly draw the B&J-H demagnetization curve, the hysteresis loop and the measurement of the material curve at various temperatures. Remarks: For general permanent magnets, only a Gauss meter with a B2 flux meter can meet the measurement needs, but for some high coercivity rare earth permanent magnets, the Gauss meter cannot meet the measurement needs, and double integral measurement must be used. (That is, you need to configure the B1 flux meter for measurement).

9. Options/Accessories
● J coil: directly measure the magnetic polarization intensity without winding    
● Ordinary pure iron electrode tip: cooperate with electromagnet to produce uniform magnetic field
● Shrinking iron-cobalt alloy pole head: can generate higher excitation magnetic field, suitable for high coercivity material measurement
● Heating pole: used to measure the high temperature performance of permanent magnet materials, need to be equipped with high temperature resistant J coil
● Tile type fixture: used for magnetic tile measurement
● Temperature control power supply: 50~220℃ controllable, used with heating poles
 
The computer sends an excitation current signal to the FE-2100H excitation power supply through the data acquisition card, and at the same time controls the measurement process. The commonly used excitation signal is a full-period waveform similar to a triangular wave. Under the action of the excitation current, the electromagnet produces a changing magnetization field. At the same time, the FE-210H Gauss meter sends the magnetic field strength signal, and the FE-210B flux meter sends the magnetic flux signal to the dual-channel A/D conversion of the data acquisition card. In the device, the A/D converter converts the dual-channel voltage signal from analog to digital and sends it to the computer. After the computer obtains the whole cycle measurement signal, it uses software technology to perform various calculations and processing, and finally gives the measurement results and various graphics. The whole test process is about 60-120 seconds.
