FE-2100SD-3 Soft Magnetic DC Measuring Instrument


The FE-2100SD-3 soft magnetic material DC magnetic performance test system is mainly used to measure various soft ferrite, pure iron, silicon steel, permalloy, amorphous and nanocrystalline ring samples or open-circuit bars under DC static conditions. The basic magnetization curve and hysteresis loop of the strip-shaped soft magnetic material can accurately measure the static magnetic characteristic parameters such as the initial permeability μi, the maximum permeability μm, the saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs, the remanence Br, and the coercive force Hc.

    Introduction

The basic magnetization curve and hysteresis loop of the strip-shaped soft magnetic material can accurately measure the static magnetic characteristic parameters such as the initial permeability μi, the maximum permeability μm, the saturation magnetic induction intensity Bs, the remanence Br, and the coercive force Hc. (Open circuit measurement only measures Bs and Hc, of which only magnetic permeability is tested for non-magnetic materials)


    Application
      
    Automatically complete the demagnetization of closed-circuit samples, the demagnetization method is AC low-frequency demagnetization, the frequency is not higher than 10Hz, to ensure the repeatability of the initial permeability of the metallic soft magnetic material; the basic magnetization curve and permeability of the soft magnetic material of the closed-circuit sample are tested by the impact method Rate curve; the impact method is used to test the static hysteresis loop and related parameters of the soft magnetic material; the solenoid flux meter method is used to test the DC magnetic properties of the cylindrical ferromagnetic rod, and the relationship between the magnetization and the external magnetic field is implemented Demagnetization correction to obtain the relationship curve of the true magnetization intensity of the material to the magnetic field; a large number of tests are carried out on round bar semi-hard and semi-soft ferromagnetic samples with B type permeance meter; scanning method is allowed in open circuit solenoids and permeance meters use.
