    With the continuous advancement of science and technology, people not only have requirements for the detection and analysis of the magnetic field of toroidal magnetic materials, but also put forward more requirements and indicators for the inspection of materials of various shapes and even the space magnetic field. Driven by the existing economy and technology, our company has developed the third representative magnetic measurement product ——FE-2100RC cabinet type magnetic distribution measuring instrument in response to market requirements. The cabinet-type magnetic distribution measuring instrument is designed as a cabinet integration, adopts a three-axis with higher movement accuracy, and adds the test function of the multi-pole rotor oblique charging angle to meet the needs of users who require this test. The software also adds planar magnetic field distribution measurement, which has opened a new chapter in testing since then.

    FE-2100RD spatial magnetic field distribution measuring instrument is mainly composed of industrial control computer (measurement software), motion control system and data acquisition system. First, the test command is sent through the industrial control computer to control the motion control system to complete the set motion trajectory and simultaneously control data acquisition The system works. The data acquisition system collects data in the X, Y, and Z directions through Hall sensors, and then transmits the data to an industrial computer for data processing, and finally obtains a three-dimensional magnetic field distribution map.
    Compared with FE-2100RD, FE-2100RA has no X, Y, Z three-axis control system and no three-dimensional Gauss meter. It uses a one-dimensional test probe. .
    The FE-2100RB gantry magnetic distribution measuring instrument has the same measurement principle and structure diagram as FE-2100RD, except that it does not have a three-dimensional Gauss meter and uses a one-dimensional test probe.
