    With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the continuous advancement of science and technology, people not only need to detect and analyze the magnetic field of toroidal magnetic materials, but also put forward more requirements and indicators for the inspection of materials of various shapes and even the space magnetic field. Driven by the existing economy and technology, our company developed the fourth representative magnetic measurement product ——FE-2100RD spatial magnetic field distribution measuring instrument in response to market requirements. This equipment can accurately test the spatial magnetic field distribution, and provides test methods such as XY coordinates, P polar coordinates, 3D magnetic field distribution, and harmonic analysis relative to the fundamental wave. According to the current domestic and foreign markets, the multiple indicators of magnetic products can meet the requirements of permanent magnets. Quality inspection of magnets, permanent magnet motor stators or rotors, DC magnetic field coils, electromagnets, etc.

    FE-2100RD spatial magnetic field distribution measuring instrument is mainly composed of industrial control computer (measurement software), motion control system and data acquisition system. First, the test command is sent through the industrial control computer to control the motion control system to complete the set motion trajectory and simultaneously control data acquisition The system works. The data acquisition system collects data in the X, Y, and Z directions through Hall sensors, and then transmits the data to an industrial computer for data processing, and finally obtains a three-dimensional magnetic field distribution map.
    Compared with FE-2100RD, FE-2100RA has no X, Y, Z three-axis control system and no three-dimensional Gauss meter. It uses a one-dimensional test probe. .
