机械结构:
圆型内箱,不锈钢圆型试验内箱结构,符合工业安全容器标准,可予防试验中结露滴水现象.
圆幅内胆,不锈钢圆弧型内胆设计,可避免蒸气过热直接冲击.
水管采用铜管+喇叭口，精密设计,气密性良好,耗水量少。
专用型packing ,材质：耐高温夕胶发泡成型，内箱压力愈大时,packing会有反压会使其与箱体更紧密结合,与传统挤压式完全不同,可延长packing寿命.
增加空气洁净度技术.以确保箱内之纯净度.
临界点LIMIT方式自动安全保护,异常原因与故障提示.
机台具有定时干燥功能 , 使试验产品处于干燥状态.
水箱采用16L大容量水箱，置于箱体底部，采用最新主动式自动补水系统，有效防止加热管干烧；试验不终断; 试验结束时设备会自动泻除压力.
电源：AC220V 50/60Hz 2.1kw 9.5A 线长2.5米
安全保护装置：试验时全程检测超温超压保护，1阶段仪表内部超高温保护，2阶段仪表内部加湿器缺水保护，高压力保护，水箱缺水报警断电，2阶段加湿管极限温度保护，2阶段超高压保护，2阶段紧急泄压保护，手动泄压保护，自动泄压等。
